I've Been Having Signs Of Pregnancy. This Month I Did

 I've been having signs of pregnancy. This month I did not get my period , I threw up the day before I was supposed to get my period , I've been having shortness of breath , my breast have been feeling heavier , cramps, I've been tired lately going to the bathroom more and my lower stomach like my uterus has been bloated . I took a pregnancy test it came out negative could I possibly be pregnant still
